Leading artificial grass supplier, LazyLawn, has installed its award winning turf for The Vine Residential Services care home for autistic children.
The care home is an amalgamation of three properties joined together, one of which was formerly the home of 1966 World Cup winning captain, Bobby Moore.
60 square metres of Wonder Yarn 36mm were used in the installation at the Captain’s former home, which has recently been commemorated with a blue plaque.
Dawn Quye-Joyce from the Vine Residential Services said: “We were merging three residential gardens together to create a large open space for the children. As many of the children in our care are autistic, we decided to opt for LazyLawn due to the sensory nature of the product in terms of the brightness and softness of the grass. We also wanted something hardwearing that would be a safe, soft area for the children to play.
“Not only were the installers at LazyLawn quick and efficient, but they were incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable of their product. The lawn looks great and the children love it!”
