The LazyLawn brand has been established for more than 30 years and has built up a reliable and trustworthy reputation. We are at the forefront of the installation and supply of synthetic grass to the domestic and commercial markets throughout Britain and Europe, and have installed for many prestigious events and private customers including Amanda Holden, Cannes Film Festival, Canary Wharf, and Rolls Royce. Each project is completed using quality products which offer fantastic value for money, and are professionally installed with minimum disruption.
We have a friendly and experienced sales and customer service team to advise and assist you on choosing the correct product, and we are developing a UK network of installers to ensure your project or garden is installed to the highest possible standard. Our licensed installers take time to make sure the ground preparation is correct which gives you peace of mind and protects your investment.
LazyLawn has had a long association with this iconic TV show. Our products were first featured in Big Brother in 2006 (in the secret garden) and on the main lawn in Celebrity Big Brother 2007. In 2008-2010, our Lazy Signature product was used. In the years following, our award-winning patented Wonder Yarn product has been used. This is now our top-selling grass in the UK for landscaping projects.
Our products have also been featured on many other TV programmes including The Alan Titchmarsh Show, The One Show and DIY SOS on BBC 1, Cash In The Attic, Love Your Garden, Red or Black, and This Morning on ITV and Top Gear on BBC 2.
Any product in the garden lawn collection is perfect for dog owners. Wonder Yarn is particularly popular and has been installed in many gardens with dogs and the customer comments have been very positive. The high-density tufting and sand-filling protects the pile from dog claws.
Yes. Our range of grasses are lovely and soft and loved by kids and pets alike. The kids can continue to play ball games and dogs can roll and run around without turning your garden into a mudbath.
We invest heavily in product development to achieve a range of fake grass that looks and feels so natural that people cannot tell it is artificial. We have received hundreds of letters and reviews from satisfied customers who have had our products installed, explaining that their neighbours, friends, and relatives have not even realised they have a synthetic lawn!
LazyLawn is a low-maintenance product.
We recommend using warm soapy water and a stiff brush to clean shorter-pile grasses. Jet washes and hoses can also be used with care. To remove leaves on longer-pile grasses, either use a blower, light rake, or brush.
To prevent weeds or moss forming, we advise you use a weed killer solution twice yearly on the whole of the lawn area.
For dog mess, remove the bulk of the mess and again use a soapy water solution and brush the area if required or use our PoopClenz product. This ensures the smells are washed away. For dog wee use PeeClenz.

We accept most major credit cards (excluding AMEX), cheques, and bank transfers on all supply-only orders. For professional installation, a deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable on completion of the works. The installation is usually paid for by bank transfer or credit card, but please discuss the best option for you with your licensed installer. We also offer consumer finance packages in selected areas of the UK to enable you to simply spread the cost of payment.
It is estimated that your LazyLawn will last up to 15 years through normal use. Our artificial grass range is fully UV-stabilised. All professionally installed lawns come with a genuine guarantee. The length of the guarantee depends on the turf chosen and the project. Typically, there is a 10-year UV guarantee, a 7-year product failure guarantee and a 2-year installation warranty, which is upheld by your installation company and not the LazyLawn brand. The company completing your project can provide you with a specification sheet outlining all the product details, plus a warranty.
If you want to have a BBQ on your LazyLawn, it is best to use a sand-filled grass like Lazy Trinity, as it has a good fire rating (tested to BS 4790). We would always recommend placing the BBQ on top of slabs or bricks and avoid getting any hot surfaces too close to the turf. Artificial grass is made of plastic and will be damaged if exposed to very high temperatures.
LazyLawn has been established for over 30 years and has lots of experience in the synthetic grass industry.
Our trained installers can usually install a regular-sized lawn (approx 40-60 sqm) in just one day. Bigger gardens that require significant groundwork and preparation will take 2-3 days. Your professional installer will be able to inform you of the timescale during the quotation process.
Please contact your local installer and they can direct you to a local show site or arrange a visit to show you large samples.
Wonder Yarn 26mm is the perfect choice for poolsides. The dense pile of this product makes it ideal for this application, plus it has an added benefit of looking highly natural. You could also consider our Lazy Deck product around your swimming pool as it imitates wood decking and looks really smart. It also has the added benefit of not being slippy like real decks.
Yes, they can be over a 10-year period. If you were to add up 10 years of watering, feeding, cost of two mowers and (in many cases) the cost of re-turfing, a LazyLawn can be a cheaper alternative to a real lawn. Also, consider the time saved at the weekend and reduced waste in your garden bin. Read more here: LazyLawn Costs Less Than a Real Lawn.
