For Puttshack the process started long before for first venue at White City opened, starting with testing flooring concepts and artificial grass availability and suitability for such a high traffic area.
For this project, our Meadow Twist was selected very early on for its range of colours, durability, accurate ball roll and being cost effective.
To enable a quick installation and ease of replication for easy replacement every hole is cut from CAD drawings of the hole designs, from this we inlay all the custom graphics. This way the custom graphics match exactly to the approved design and reduce the risk of errors reproducing the designs by hand on site.
With each new location the designs evolve with more complex designs and improved design elements that allow for easy access to maintenance areas of the game play surface.
