Olympic Park

This project is located next to the Olympic Stadium and very close to the Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre. It was originally planned to be a summer event only staying in place for 2 months, but with its popularity it was decided to leave it in place.

For this project we used our popular Lazy Signature and range of Funky Grass Colours. These steps were an unusual challenge as they were made from white marble and normal fixing methods would mark the surface.  As this installation was originally planned as a temporary 2-3 month install permanent fixing methods could not be used.

To cover the steps we used a specialist marble protection film, this then allowed the use of adhesive to hold the artificial grass in place.
