I can see it neatly covering a few awkward places in gardens. It's a million miles away from that artificial grass you'll see at your greengrocer's, and it did convince me. It is super soft to sit on and low friction, which means unsuccessful handstands aren't too painful. LazyLawn is often laid with a mowing margin to complete the ''natural'' look. In awkward spaces where maintenance, shade, weight (roof gardens) or watering are a problem, this could well be the answer.

I phoned to order our LazyLawn at least a week before the Easter weekend, which is when we wanted to lay it. Yes, I thought, 'products stocked for next day delivery' - I've heard that one before! - but 10am the next morning we had in our garden our LazyLawn delivery!!
Brilliant customer service (your staff were also very knowledeable and helpfull on the phone, ordering could not have been easier).
So at the weekend we (well ok, my husband, got to work) and in 1 day had the job done. We even had enough 'off cuts' to piece together for the floor of our indoor cats outdoor run. She was so funny to watch for the 1st couple of days as it was all soft and springy under her paws and she was just used to hard decking boards. But she now loves it and spend much more time outside rolling round in the sun on it than she ever did before.
The neighbours noticed straight away from their upstairs windows that our decking had gone green & came round to investigate. We had tea out on our new 'lawn' and they were amazed at your product and how good it looked. The wonder yarn did EXACTLY what you promised for it and our neighbours kept commenting on how well it 'sprang' back up after walking on it and even the dents left by the legs of the chairs we were using, sprang back up in a couple of minutes.
Then a couple of days later the gas men came to fix our boiler, saw our new Lazy Lawn through the open and and I really think they spent more time walking round on it, amazed at how soft it was to walk on and also again, how it didn't stay flattened when you walked on it. One of them thought it just the thing to cover some decking he had, and went of with our samples and your contact details.

About 10 months ago I bought some artificial grass from you. Delivery was prompt, and when your guys came down to fit the grass they did a really professional job cheerfully and quickly. Within a few hours of their arrival, what had been a wretched garden destroyed by a year's worth of building works to our house had been transformed into a large green space for us and our children to enjoy.
It took a few weeks to get used to, partly because I had never contemplated anything like artificial grass before, in the same way that I wouldn't contemplate a fake Rolex. but then I realised this wasn't about fakery, it was just different, in the same way that a wooden floor is different from a tiled floor. I have to say it looks amazing: green, clean and restful on the eyes.
Our neighbour, who put in real grass the same week, is now probably regretting the cost and expense he went to in putting down a lawn in a north-facing garden. His lawn has been dug up by squirrels, dogs and foxes, ours is still looking pritisine. His lawn is in poor condition after an absence of more than a few days in summer, ours never changes. And of course we can eat and play in the same spot day after day whereas he has to move around to stop his grass becoming threadbare. When the weather is good we breakfast, lunch and dine around a huge table for 10, and neither the table nor the chairs have any permanent affect on the artificial grass. We can move things around easily. Cleaning up needs little more than a plastic rake. We recently had two large trees professionally lopped and felled in our garden and it caused a hideous mess that was all cleaned up within about an hour, leaving no trace.
Our friends might have been sniffy at first, but they have all come round to the idea and now realise what a boon it is for a family with children to have year round access to an easily maintained garden. I find it hard to imagine what the garden would have been like if we had gone down any other root. The obvious answer would have been to fit flagstones, but they would have been horrible on cold winter's days and not nearly as conducive to family fun as soft grass is. So, my family and I highly recommend you, your grass and your staff. All excellent, and the money was well spent.
By the way, the grass we bought was 'Lazy Grass Emerald'. It looks dreadful as a sample, but your sales staff were right in saying it looks great on the ground. Yours, with thanks for all your help. PS: I delayed writing for this long because I wanted you to know what it was like some time after, and not immediately after installation.

We felt that there wasn't enough room on the form to be able to do your company and product the justice it deserves so we thought a quick email may help. We have a problem area at the bottom of our garden, in so much grass will not grow and sadly due to restrictive access we were unable to lay a patio etc. We searched the internet hoping to find an alternative surface for the area and came across several companies that could supply what we called "plastic grass". After chatting to a few companies we found you... What a breath of fresh air compared to others we'd spoken to! We were helped in our decision regarding which grass to purchase and then several samples were sent to us. We have to say that originally we were going to purchase the Turf Deluxe as after looking at the samples we thought that it would be the most natural looking. However, after a quick chat with the sales office it, we went with the Lazy Grass. Not many companies would suggest a cheaper product especially on a small order like ours but this proved to be the case and the Lazy Grass was ordered (the sample really doesn't do the finished product justice in our opinion). We set to work on the May bank holiday and after a very long day our LazyLawn was completed. IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT. Many friends and family members have since seen it and can't believe it’s "plastic grass". Of course we now refer to it as "Our LazyLawn!" The LazyLawn team were so helpful with the advice we were given and we have to say it really did make a project that we had never attempted before so much easier - It’s not often that a company is so helpful and many thanks for that. We are not the easiest of people to please, especially when spending our hard earned cash, but "Our LazyLawn" has been worth every penny. Thank you to all!!
