Lawn Grasses
Play Area Surfacing
Lazy Summer, Grass Park Senior, Lazy Grass and Lazy Supreme are perfect for play areas at schools, nurseries, homes and public houses. Lazy Spring is also ideal, especially if you would like an extremley low friction area specifically used for soccer or general sports. The Lazy Spring uses FIFA approved yarns, so it is highly durable but is also very cost effective.
We also offer a more cost effective product called Play Grass. At 24mm it is very hard wearing and ideal for multi-use areas.
All of synthetic surfaces are available with rubber or foam underlay to provide a soft base for children. To comply with Critical Fall Heights, we recommend using our LazyPad foam shockpad - the 25mm base provides a critical fall height of 1.3m. If a greater fall height standard is required, then thicker qualities are available to meet your needs. Please make this aware to us when applying for a quotation. For domestic areas an underlay is not needed, unless perhaps you are a child minder and you have many children playing on apparatus etc.
Please also see the new FUNKY range of artificial grass colours that can add extra fun, colour and adventure to your play space!

A number of designs can be inlayed into your play arae using our unique technology to meet your specification and the experienced LazyLawn installation teams can create 'splash' effects around trees and play equipment to add another dimension to the area.
Bespoke designs including bugs, roads, letters, school emblems and numbers (in fact, absolutely anything!) can also be cut and inlayed into the artificial surface fibre bonded carpet to create your own unique play-area.
